Terrible service from MTN

I paid up my contract last year at MTN Clearwater Mall branch. I was told it is all sorted out. Three months down the line I see that I am in arrears. I went back to the branch and Franklin advised that he will sort out everything as he assisted in the beginning. Four months later and numerous emails sent still no help. I am lost. I also requested a call back two weeks ago but no response.
