Terrible service from MTN AND EDGAR'S

Mtn refused to give me a letter to confirm that they cannot blacklist the the IMEI for my phone that was ******, telling me I must go to the head office I had bought the phone at Edgar's they also not willing to find the solution now hollard is not assisting with the claim
