Terrible service from MTN

My dad signed a contract with MTN 3 weeks ago. They will not give us the phone for the same contract my dad signed. Everyday they come to us with a new deal and we just want the phone with the agreed data and airtime which they won't give to us. We are on the phone to them every single day but they are no help.
