Terrible service from MTN

I have been waiting 6 days for a sim to be activated for my new phone. The ladies at the mtn at forest hill mall in centurion are rude and are telling me that my phone can’t not be given to me because of my SIM card , the staff is disrespectful and very arrogant . Please can mtn South Africa make me understand why I am being treated so badly
