Terrible service from MTN

We were handed over in Feb 2024 for an account we didn't even know we had. As it blocked our business dealings, we paid the R1379. Contacted MTN to cancel this contract. We were told it takes a month to do and then we can get the paid up letter and remove the listing from ITC. We have phoned numerous times, go through painful "security" questions, to get the cancellation and paid up letter sorted. We were told to go to MTN office, as customer service couldn't help. Guess what, at MTN office they could also not assist. So how do we get this resolved? Absolutely ridiculous service
