Terrible service from MTN

Good Day all

MTN''s customer service has really gone to the Dogs!!!

It's really frustrating that a industry that is or should be customer driven is this bad

I as a customer need to upgrade my MTN contract have had to run around from store to the Head Office

Still to date have had no joy as they have advise me they are migrating systems

This should not affect me as the customer ,

I am extremely disappointed as no one has been willing to resolve the matter

its seems that MTN is very short staffed

If this is the case I am willing to take my business elsewhere

R500 x 24 months = that's not small change
