Terrible Service from MTN
Have two mobile contract with Mtn which has Expired one in February and one in May .Have logged in on the self service on-line site for Mtn and requested some assistance to understand how my Wife can be charges for a mobile phone which was paid in full at the end of the 24 month contract .My contract which expired in May has the same problem of which for my wife's contract i have requested assistance as well as my wife has made many calls about the same thing .On the Web site 4 request made and every time we check the case has been closed and not response sent to ourselves.Telephone calls made and logged and the representative vowed to get back to us and to this day no response hope we can close this item

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly note that the term end date for number *** was 2015-02-22 and for number *** it was 2015-05-14. When the contract expires there are several options available and what you need to do.
1. Upgrade the contract - Visit the nearest MTN store or call the call centre for an upgrade
2. Termination - Send the request via the call centre 30 days prior to the end of the term. After the end of the term this can be done at any date.
3. Migration to prepaid - Send the request via the call centre a day after termination date.
If there has been no request sent, MTN will continue with a month to month contract until there is a request made.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
