TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

They have been charging me for a contract I cancelled more than 2 years ago. And another contract that I requested be moved onto his own account. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! Still charging me for both. Tara who works there is totally useless, never replies to mails or messages, actually very rude!! I have had enough!! I want my credit sorted immediately!!
