Terrible service from MTN

BAD service~!!!!! I have been trying to cancell two old contracts after i have upgraded to a new contract. No such luck to try and get to retention dept. You have to hold on for hours only to be cut off. Writing also does not help as they promise to get back-again-not a word. I am so sorry i ever got involved with MTN. I am now paying for 3 contracts and only use 1.
