Terrible service from MTN

Terrible service from MTN. So I have a contract with MTN. Sometime in June this marketing lady called me to offer me a package which offers 100 minutes instead of the 50 minutes MTN to any number or any network which I was on. I only discovered a few weeks later that I'm now getting only 50 minutes MTN to MTN and another 50 minutes to any network. This is not what I signed up for. The lady deceived me. I was expecting 100 minutes to any number. Had she explained to me Cleary that the additional 50 minutes she is offering was for MTN to MTN numbers only I wouldn't have taken the package. I called to complain on the 6th of June 2021. Case was opened. A month later this issue is not resolved. When I call 135 they transfer me to cancelation department. Cancelation department transfers me to another department. I am being send from pillar to post and there is no one to help me. I am fed up of MTN. Can not wait for my contact to expire so that I cancel it.
