Terrible service from MTN

I have been getting terrible service from mtn from May 2020 i made a payment to mtn for the month of May and June and have provided them with a proof of payment but mtn fails to trace the payments made and they keep on suspending my phone atleast 3 times a month every time they suspend my phone i have to call them and remind them i have made the payment it has come to a point where I can't take it anymore how can a big company like MTN fail to trace their payment i am sick and tired of the terrible service i am so disappointed in MTN and wouldn't advise anyone to use the network mtn full of lazy people
