TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

I have a MTN for Business data, 1000 Gig, speed is terrible and there is no way that you can get hold of anybody to assist. I did a speed test this morning again. MTN DOWNLOAD SPEED: 5.92 UPLOAD SPEED: 4.46

VODACOM DOWNLOAD SPEED: 26.2 UPLOAD SPEED: 10.2

How do you compare this? What happened MTN you were always the best service provider?? At least get somebody to speak to your customers. And YES your stores are not helpful at all..... Phone the Call Centre, this is what I got from your store - I will definitely but you still need people to answer your phones.
