TERRIBLE Service from MTN

I cannot begin to explain what bad service i have been having with MTN . Like how difficult can it be for them just to change ownership of a Contract. Wasting my petrol driving up and down just to tell me a different story every single time. When you phone either you get told they will not help or is just not interested. Why must it be so difficult to help your Customers. I will never recommend MTN to anyone. Why, because they just want your money and don't care about Customer satisfaction. Even worse you mail MTN Customer Service and what do they tell you " oh no what you are looking for is called "a Transfer of Ownership ". Like why don't you open your eyes do some work and help a customer to what they want to get done. From MTN to MTN every single person can nolt help me. with the excuse no the other bra nch needs to help get to the other branch systems are off and the staff sitting on their phones. MTN needs to get a wake up call your service are TERRIBLE
