TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

I contacted MTN customer service on the 16 May 2018, to request for a record of messages sent to my cellphone number, because I lost the information and i need to present the information as evidence for a court hearing. I was transferred to about 4 consultants and none of them could assist me because i no longer have a contract with MTN. I dont understand how they could not assist me as i have been an MTN customer for about 4 years and they should have my records in their system.

I am very dissapointed and dont understand how they could not assist me because other network providers are able to retrieve information for customers when they need such assistance.
