Terrible service from MTN

My Iphone 7 has been in for repairs since the 16th of February at the MTN Century City branch. There was an issue with my ICloud log in details but that has since been sorted 4 and a half weeks ago. I was assured that it would take 5-7 working days. It is almost 2 month andI am very disappointed in the amount of time it has taken for MTN to sort out my phone. I am now paying for almost 2 months of service for a phone that I cannot even use. I am so frustrated with MTN and really not happy with the treatment I am receiving.

I hope this can be sorted out ASAP
