Terrible service from MTN

One star would be too much! Simply trying to upgrade my contract, have been to 3 different branches in Nelspruit and the service is absolutely terrible!

Staff not interested in helping you at all.

Decided to contact them telephonically today, have tried contacting the below branches telephonically for the past 2 hours, not one of the calls are answered: Grove Ilanga Riverside Mall Crossings

Your staff will be the failure of your business, MTN has drastically decreased over the recent years.
