Terrible service from Mobilesplus and MTN
Terrible service from Mobilesplus and Mtn . I have been billed for a cellphone device that I did not receive for the past 2 years. Both MTN and Mobilesplus have confirmed that the phone was returned to their warehouse. I have been querying this for the past 2 year and have been promised a refund on numerous times. According to the mtn consultants my complaint gets closed without resolution. Think it's time for me to go to ICASA.
