Terrible service from customer care

Mtn customer service is the worst team to ever deal with. My query is almost a month old n still not solved by them. I exchanged my points for vouchers and still haven't received it a month later still querying and no1 is helping me. I spoke to many managers and consultants still no help. Req*** is my ref number and still no feedback. I've been calling them daily n they keep on saying I need to wait because they sending it to the right department. That department for a month cant help me???? Your are the most pathetic staff ever. I wouldn't advise anyone to ever use yourl as a network. Very disappointed at this horrible daily services I've been receiving.
