terrible service from consultant by the name of noluvo

1stly the consultant couldn't explain anything and i asked her to speak in her language

consultant could not take me through a step-by-step process to help with my query when I asked her to not skip steps as i do not understand their procedures

she then said rudely she will get me someone else to speak to me

i then asked for her full names she said she is noluvo and mtn does not allow their consultants to give out full name and surname. i asked for office address she then said she works in cape town, and she is not allowed to give office address

i asked to speak to a team leader or her superior again she said she will give her team leader my number to call me back

now this is my 1st customer interaction with mtn and i not impressed with what i got i regret taking out a cellphone contract with mtn i will never recommend mtn to any 1 not even my worst enemies
