TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CALL CENTER

I have an ongoing issue with MTN when it comes to my data. Everytime i recharge my phone with data somehow it gets depleted. Ive been on the phone twice a week every week with the call center agents who will give me a run around and wrong information. The backround of the call center is noisy i dont know how a normal person can work in that enviroment. Im sick and tired of being told that my data is used by unknown applications yet my phone is hardly on internet. MTN GET YOURSELVES AND CALL CENTER AGENTS SORTED MY RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I CANNOT BE DOING THIS ALL THE TIME. EDUCATE YOUR AGENTS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
