Terrible service from both MTN and DSV!

Worst upgrade experience ever! Waiting for 2weeks for my phone to be delivered, to find out it was send back to the warehouse. Another 7 working days to confirm that the phone is there. Then promised that if I do my upgrade over the phone again, that it would be delivered within 3days. Now DSV contacts me after 3days to inform me it will be done sometime next week! An upgrade should not take a month!!!
