Terrible service for months.

I don't even know where to start with Mtn. Since I've joined you guys in Feb it has been nothing but disappointing and terrible service from you guys. I've been going back and forth for a number for life with you guys. And this has still not been done. It's been almost 2 months now. I keep emailing a team leader Nonjabulo Si***ane for assistance and she just does not get back to me. Everytime I call I get attitude from your service champions. Terrible service. I need this to get sorted. I mentioned to you guys before I need my number for work and for banking purposes. Please get this sorted ASAP!
