Terrible service for cancelation of contracts

Pathetic service from call centre 135. Apparently you cannot cancel a contract in store. Like how does this make sense. You have to cancel using 135. And u call over 10 times and get cut off. And the stores are not even trained to tell you that the 1 month notice still exists. They tell you other wise. So I'm trying to cancel 2 contracts. But to no avail. I really can't take this. And their lines are so fuzzy and they tell you that your line is not clear. Yoh I'm at my wits end.... No manager will return your numerous calls and messages that have been left. I refuse to pay for another extra month as my contract was 24 months. And my 24 months ends on 4.05.2022. Can some one from MTN please assist me with the cancelations. Please
