Terrible service Ferndale on Republic.

I went to MTN Fern on republic last week to do a sim swap from telkom

What a complete joke

I was the only customer. I had to wait to be served while i i stood directly in front of the manager and her staff member.

They joked between each other and each of them were praying that their colleague would help me.

The the staff member ate on the counter and they continued to cackle while I was busy.

What a complete joke.
