TERRIBLE SERVICE

I cancelled a month to month uncapped contract last month I went to a branch and called for confirmation, use decide to debit my account again this month when I cancelles over a month ago, I reversed that funds back into my account, terrible service I want this debit order stopped once my cellphone contract ends I am canceling everything with use.
