Terrible service

Good day

I done an upgrade on the 3rd of February for a lenovo laptop for R269 which was supposed to come with a mifi router , Microsoft Office 365, a mouse and a laptop bag...delivery was done on the 4th February by dsv but i only received my laptop and not any of my free items

I called mtn repeated on monday 7th where i was told somone will call me back to assist none of that happened i called again to mtn on the 8th where i was transferred from retentions to post paid whereby post paid told me they offline i must call back...i called back to post paid but was told that they cant do anything then transferred me to dsv..whereby dsv advised they received only one box which they delivered to me

I am getting nowhere with this call centre and would like proper assistance

Kindly assist as soon as possible
