Terrible service
Please do not make use of this store. I wanted to upgrade, I went to MTN Table View, Abby insisted I do it online. I selected a cheaper contract only to end up paying more than my initial contract. Complained, their manangement is non-existant. Avoid this MTN at all cost.

02 Oct 2022, 23:03And I have an email trail where I asked her to confirm my instalments twice she did not answer, and she gave me vague answers. Explained nothing. Asked her after first high instalment said it was pro-rata fee, said her manager would contact me which never happened. Now I still have a high bill. Never had issues with MTN, after this I want to move to another service provider.
