Terrible service

We have been trying, to no avail, to get a paid-up letter from MTN since April 2024. No member of staff at their stores are able to assist, and the numbers provided to get in contact with them either are out of order, or there is no answer. When sending an email, it goes unanswered, or it bounces back because of a full mailbox.
