Terrible service

Terrible service I contacted them regarding a laptop Contract. The agent phoned back. Halfway through the app she asks to phone me back. It has been 3 days now. Then I went to MTN Absa Square Nelspruit yesterday. Everything approved after struggling for an hour system goes down . I was sent home. Get back there today they tell me I have to wait in the que. Seriously!!! I have a job and children to fetch. Obviously you do not need more business
