Terrible Service

I have settled my MTN account after being handed over to legal, MTN still has not updated payment and sent it through to VVM, this payment was made on the 24th Of January, they are not concerned that they are damaging my credit sore further. I have forwarded emails with proof of payment ect and contacted both companies over 10 times still no progress.
