Terrible Service

Good Day Lisa-Marie/Selene, I been having so much delays with my packages since the 19th July from DSV and Mondo Mtn.

I called in so many times and wasn't getting any help between DSV and yourselves.

Like I said before I need to make use of the WiFi for work purpose. It's very frustrating and disappointing when I have no clue what's going on with my package.

As per DSV the package is going back to Joburg once again.

Like I said I want this package to be delivered this week.

The service is shocking

Like I said before take this matter to higher management if team leaders can't do their work.
