Terrible service

My name is Zama On the 10 sep 2021 I did a sim swap for my contract with mtn since till date the SIM card has never worked and when I call they send me from pillar to post. This evening I spoke to a very rude and arrogant lady by the name of Nosipho Shandu who apparently is reporting to a Preston Webster who couldn’t even call her manager to come and assist with the problem at hand. It’s now going for a full month and my SIM card is still not working and all my payments are up to date.
