Terrible Service!!!

I'm not sure if this even deserves a star or not. Really disappointed with MTN. My dad's phone was ****** early last month, and I helped him blacklist it. The next day we did a simswap and supposedly reactivated it with MTN, only to find out that when people call it goes straight to voicemail. He went twice to 2 different branches in KuGompo City and was not assisted successfully. We then opted to call the service provider, the first time the lady said she had disabled, when she only did the work partially and he still couldnt receive calls or messages. We then tried calling yesterday, only to be told it would be escalated to a Team Leader and would be fine today. Sadly, it is still not working...so I have absolutely no words for MTN.
