Terrible service ever experienced my whole life

Stay away from this network provider. Never ever purchase anything online coz you'll be *****ed with no one to assist you. Purchase uncapped lte router online still to-date I'm battling to have it activated. I went to their serial stores and none of their staff could assist,they keep saying their are franchise and nothing they can do. I regret buying this router. Should have went with Telkom
