Terrible service

After escalating the matter to customer care to get a hand delivery done because RTT courier was entirely useless the department that deals with this hand deliveries should have called me 3 days ago but guess what no one has called even after I have confirmed that someone was supposed to call me whithin 24 hours. MTN your service is absolutely shocking.
