Terrible service

I have been holding on for more than 1 hour trying to get through to the retentions department to cancel my contract and there is no answer. Absolutely terrible service. When I called customer care the 1st agent said he would transfer me, but he basically transferred my call to another customer care agent who then after asking me so many questions transferred me and no answer. Such terrible service
