Terrible Service

It is impossible to get any answers from you guys, I have emailed over and over again because your call center doesn't work, I owe you money and before I pay I would like some factual information, every time I have emailed your collections department they do not answer my questions. I have requested that someone call me and nobody has and i doubt anyone will.
