Terrible service

I had an account handed over to MBD which was paid off in June! MBD has advised MTN that the account is still showing on my credit report. Gemini Plaatjies from MTN Legal department was contacted by MBD to sort this out but nothing has been done. It has been 5 months and nothing is being done despite following up every month!!
