Terrible service

They have an online application called SuperFlex unlimited calls package. My bank account was double debited on 03/12/2023 but never provisioned my services to date. I spent every day calling, sending emails and escalations. Nobody knew how to help me all they could give me was a new Reference number each time and requested to give them 24 hours. It's now 18 X 24 hours and there is no solution and my business is suffering. Yesterday l wrote an email asking for cancelation of my services and l know it's going to be the same drill to be refunded.
