TERRIBLE SERVICE: Cellphone Insurance Claim Completely Ignored
<p>HI </p> <p> </p> <p>I have never experience such dead silence from MTN Insurance, I claimed for my damaged phone 1st of July 2016. NO ONE has bothered to call, apparently it is yet to be booked with the technical staff. NO ONE has bothered to email, I have emailed, called many times NO ONE assisted me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am appauled and utterly disgusted by this service provider because I pay insurance without fail but NO ONE bothered to help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lets see if anyone from MTN Insurnace will bother responding to this???</p> <p> </p>
