Terrible Service

Service Suspended nearly 30 days after payment was made. They claim non-payment after proof of payment was produced on 4 occasions. Held on to speak to a Consultant for 55 minutes. No luck. Problem still not resolved after 5 days. Have tried 3 e-mail addresses, contact form on website, facebook contact. Managed to speak to a consultant today, but although she tried, could not unsuspend my phone. At least somebody tried, but problem still not resolved. Service is shocking.
