TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am posting this review about the horrible service I have received from MTN.

My sister and I upgraded my contract in November 2019 , then endless issues have been experienced. Firstly there was confusion amount the installment to be paid on the contract, I was being charged R 100 for the deal. I called in and rectified it and still to my knowledge the amount of R 699 was incorrect.

I did not continue to pay until i received confirmation from a consultant which was only by June /July 2020.

Secondly due to no payment the account was handed over and no communication was sent to us. I then paid MTN up to date only to realized I still have to pay the debtor collectors( Shapito Shaiks) as well. This was done and proof of payment was emailed to them. My number was blocked when I called they said it was a mistake. Now my line is blocked again because the September payment which was sent to Shapiro Shaik is not reflecting by MTN. I then emailed the proof of payment and now my line is still BLOCKED.

I have not made any payment for the month of November 2020 and the reason for this is I am frustrated with the service I have received from day one.

I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FEE. I AM DONE PAYING FOR MTN MESS UPS
