Terrible service

I received a text message on the 13/09/2023 advising me about my contract expiring. The message mentions that I will now be on a month to month term. I called in today 14/09/2023 to request a cancellation. What a clown show!!!. Firstly getting through to you in a nightmare. Once you are in, it's another dog show. I need someone to trace my call and listen to the engagement with the consultants and then tell me if that's professional. Consultant advised me to call back after the 25th to cancel. I must go through all of that again. Why can't your system work in a way that you can put in a note or a date of cancellation instead of me having to call again to go through this.
