Terrible Service

A call centre from MTN called me two weeks ago selling me a uncapped home router. His name was Simphiwe ***. He said he will call me two days after to complete the contract. He never called me back. I called a company they work together with called Rewardco *** to escalate this matter. Still no Help. This is very very Bad Service on MTN.

This not Being The First time they Did This To me... I would like for Hello Peter to assist me. Because I'm still waiting on their phonecall after two weeks
