Terrible service by Tracy MTN STORE Fern On Republic

I went last week to get a new sim card I was helped by Tracy. Tracy totally ignored me while reading and laughing at her watssapp messages.

While i was getting my sim card allocated on the system she continued to read and reply to whatsapp messages. I could actually see her messages.

Yesterday I tried to load airtime I received a message my sim was not rica'd

My question how can you do your job and give good service if you are allowed to chat and message on your private number when there are customers to attend to.

Today I am going to Telkom for a Sim
