Terrible Service

I phoned MTN in the East Rand Mall to find out how much insurance on my current phone will cost... The lady that answered, seemed like she wasn't in the mood to even be there, and very rude. Once i asked her about the insurance, she then rep**** that I have to come into the store. I then asked can they not assist me over the phone? Then she said but the need the model number and IMEI number, to which i rep**** i have all the information required. I said to her cant they tell me more or less what it will cost. She then put me on hold for 10 min, after i got so agitated, i just ended the call
