Terrible service

Terrible service!!!!!

I cannot call Vodacom numbers from my MTN phone in my work area whilst, my colleague who is also with MTN can call Vodacom numbers. We are 10 meters apart. Reported this 5 times today to MTN, nobody knows how to assist me!!! Had to switch phone on and off, rest settings and nothing helps!!!!

Also, I have reported that my MTN app reflects incorrect info, reporting this for 3 months. Get told every time a call is logged - no response!

This is an uphill battle with a Useless provider.

PLEASE ASSIST!!!!!!
