Terrible service

MTN billed me incorrectly , the agent told me not to make payment and that he had escalated my issue , once if was resolved then I should make payment I have been trying to get hold of MTN since the 28th of May , I call atleast 3 times a day and each time hold for more than 1 hour no luck. This morning my account got suspended I need to speak to an agent NOW
