TERRIBLE SERVICE

I app**** for a cellphone contract at MTN-SHOP 24 A cnr OR Tambo and Hans Schoeman Avenue, Highlands Mews Emalahleni. Date: 06/11/2023. Pertunia Hlanzi assisted me and she asked which contract I woul like to take I then advised her that I need a contract that will allow me to top up not something that will increase the agreement bill. A contract was done and we agreed that every month I will pay R 350. First 2 months everthing was fine until end of Feb 2024 when I check the bill on the App I see that the bill is more than on what we agreed on. I went straight to the shop I was then told that my speed limit is active and they activated R10000 speed limit and thats why my bill is so high. I fought until they deactivated the speed limit. We came to an agreement that I will pay a cerntain amount until it gets down but still that was not my fault because Pertunia decided to add things that we didn't agreed on. Few months later my son lost his phone because it was a gift for him I went to report the matter and asked to do a swim swap since am paying for the services because I understand they were not gonna replace the device since i did not take up an insurance with them.

They refused to do a swim swap for me, so I am paying in store for the servises that I am not using. I make sure I pay on the 28th of each month but on the following month maybe arond the 20th I will get a call to say I didn't pay for 2 months. Its surprising because I am making these payments in store and getting the receipt but it does not get to MTN accounts team. So this is really frustring as I pay but my money goes staright to the drain. Is been more that a year without a sim card but being charged for geting their benefits.

Could someone intervene and help me get a swim swap and also get assistance with regards to all these payment that am making but they not even allocating.
