TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have a cellphone contract with them that debits around R700 monthly.

They debit on the last day of the month. I made an EFT on Friday since the debit order date was on a weekend. However today I got another debit so basically I was double debbited and Im not getting any assistance from them.

I need my refund.
